Quotations and Consultations

Quotations and Consultations are free of charge. To provide a quotation, we will typically arrange a site visit for consultation and measurements. Alternatively, if you have architectural drawings and specifications, we can provide a quotation without a site visit.

STEP 1

Following the site visit and consultation, we will provide you with an in-detail quotation, outlining what the project will entail and include. The quotation will be a lump sum, without any additional cost increases down the line.

STEP 2

Regarding payment terms, Scupi LTD will not require upfront/deposit payments on our projects. Render system application occurs in two stages. For render-only systems, the first stage includes preparation and base coat application. In insulation and render systems, the first stage includes preparation, insulation application, and base coat application. Following the completion of the first stage, a 50% payment of the total sum is required.

STEP 3

In the second stage, the final coat is applied to complete the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the second stage/project completion.
